Private Equity Fund Investment Exits Legal Research

In recent years,with the national advocate for public entrepreneurship,innovation"to promote China's private equity fund is also accelerating the development,but it is still in the" set up easily,the initial stages of development difficult ".At present,China's economy is in a downward phase,the investment industry is in the doldrums,when faced with good development prospects,the vitality of the enterprise,and "innovative and high-tech enterprises,private equity funds to invest to the enterprise.However,the success of a fund,and does not depend on the original choice of enterprise quality objectives,but depends on the desired target in the target enterprise in the fund can,can exit smoothly through the right way,to get the expected benefits.Therefore,the exit is the most important part of the private equity funds,whether to improve the withdrawal system,the impact of the entire development of private equity funds.This paper is divided into four parts:first,through introducing the typical case legal problems on private equity funds out of private equity funds to exit the existing system,and analyzed;secondly,the theory content of private equity funds and the meaning of the exit mechanism is summarized;thirdly,the curent situation of the development of Chinese and foreign system of private equity exit the fund is introduced,and through the comparison of rationality and advancement of the system of the exit of private equity funds and timely,in order to perfect the system of exit of private equity fund in China to provide more reasonable reference,at the same time,further to exit the system of China's private equity fund shortage situation analysis,and put forward some perfect the exit system suggestion.
