As a means of people's daily living and social sustainable development, employment is important to the whole human society. Employment discrimination is the differentiated treatment of dominant social classes to the disadvantaged groups, which violates the equal labor rights of citizen, exacerbates the gaps between different social sectors and raises more intense contradictions and conflicts.As a worldwide issue, employment discrimination forsakes the spirit of equality, brings a series of real social harms, and hinders the orderly development of the market economy. Because of that, many countries in the world have been tried to regulate this social unfairness via anti-discrimination legislation's in employment. After half a century of development, these legislative activities have been increasingly improved. As we know, employment discrimination is widespread in China, which has been intensified over recent years. From the perspective of national governance perspective, the necessity of establishing anti employment discrimination is needed, including legislative, administrative and other series of measures. Among these measures, the most direct and effective way is the improvement of relevant legal system, which would curb the spread of employment discrimination thoroughly.With the consideration of the actual conditions and the analyses of employment discrimination in China, this article puts forward a legislative route to curb the employment discrimination, which includes the experiences of advanced countries and regions.
