Research On The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Party Members Under The Strict View Of The Party

The Sixth Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Party made new arrangements for the establishment of a comprehensive and strict ruling party,and put forward new demands on the implementation of the Party's party organization in a comprehensive and strict manner.Party members are cells of the body,the quality and role of party members,directly related to the health the party's body.Therefore,to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots party members is conducive to rural grassroots party organizations for the sake of implementing a comprehensive and strict rule of the party.This article insists on the fundamental method of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and uses literature research and empirical research to study the construction of rural grassroots party members in Xinglong Township,Wuchang City,Heilongjiang Province.The main structure and viewpoints of this paper are as follows:The first part elaborates the goal and the main task of building the grassroots party members in the rural areas from the perspective of strict governance.The second part discusses the significance of strengthening the construction of grassroots party members at the grassroots level,which is conducive to maintaining the advanced nature and purity of rural grassroots party organizations,improving the governance ability of rural grassroots party organizations and promoting the rule of law in rural governance.The third part takes the Xinglong Township of Wuchang City in Heilongjiang Province as an case study,analyzes the effectiveness of the construction of the rural grassroots party members,and the construction of the rural grassroots party members is effective in the development of party members 'quality,party members' sense of accomplishment and the overall quality of party members.The fourth part expounds the problems of the construction of party members in the rural areas at the level of party members,party members education,party members and so on.The fifth part puts forward the basic way to strengthen the construction of the rural grassroots party members from the aspects of enhancing the party building concept,stricting the party members' development work,constructing the party member education system,perfecting the party member management system and forming the inner party supervision and the party supervision.
