With the deepening of economic reform, China's economy has entered a critical period of transformation and upgrading, slowing economic growth makes the contradictions between the various stakeholders in the social highlight, the government's ability to deal with public crises in government advocacy work has become a measure of government ability level of an important criterion. Technological advances such information dissemination from the previous point to point propagation mode into the multipoint mode of transmission at present, especially the Internet, smart phones, the popularity of smart mobile terminals makes people get the message's way more efficient, in era of rapid development of the people of their rights has a more profound understanding of their rights but also has a more profound aspirations, in the era of information explosion of people pressing their right to information, participation and respect for the right to speak, therefore, in the public after the incident, the government's investigation if not timely disclosure of information, people will guess at the advocacy work of the government, rumors on the network will breed, and the formation of public pressure, ranging from the government's image, weight will evolve into a serious public crisis. So, how in the new media platforms, the government in the Chief publicity become an urgent and important challenges currently facing the Government.Taking the Administrative promote its mode of operation under the new media platform for the study, combined with the positive and negative case studies of local governments in the new media platform to promote its mode of government problems and propose solutions for the problem.
