On The Legal Regulation Of Internet Financial Wealth Management Products

Internet financial products is a financial management based on Internet technology,the platform is emerging as a financial product sales model.China’s Internet financial development boom began in 2012,since 2013 with the outbreak of the Internet in China’s financial industry growth,and now the Internet banking in China is still showing a rapid development trend.At present,China’s financial products for the Internet only the introduction of a number of regulations or interim measures to regulate,there is no special legislation.Internet financial products exist legal system is not perfect,lack of information disclosure content refinement and relief system does not improve the legitimate interests of investors to protect the legitimate interests of the problem.This paper aims at the current our country current our country has not formed the perfect regulation system of Internet banking,the relevant legislation is not perfect,relevant laws and policies also has certain deficiency,leading to the current situation in the specific regulation on China’s Internet financial products and services there are still many obstacles,puts forward the legal regulation opinions and suggestions on the Internet financial products.This paper proposed to unify the Internet financial market legislation,improve the information disclosure system,strengthen the protection of the legitimate interests of Internet financial investors.
