An Analysis Of The Necessity Of The Existence Of Property Rights

In this paper, the theory of real right act as the starting point, from the effect of the non right disposition, bona fide acquisition, retention of Title three aspects of real right behavior objective fact, combined with the reasonable problem of the autonomy of private law, transaction security, unjust enrichment in three aspects of real right behavior exist. Through the deep analysis of the related theory system, it is found that the real right act exists in the civil law system of our country.
