Local Government Responds To Empirical Research On Government Public Opinion Incidents

Nowadays, the reflections of the true People Sovereignty are participation in public management, fulfilment of public requirement, and establishment of public-government interaction relation. As we known, all the sovereignty countries in the world are doing the revolution of administration model transformation, as the result, the government respond becomes the product of this age. China, as the member of the sovereignty countries, is definitely joining in this revolution.In this paper, the main content is the analysis of government respond process in public affair, by selecting 293 samples to find the government how to response, what the consequence of response, and how to perfect the response process. The research follows the route "specify the issue-make the assumption-select the sample-collect the data-data analysis-summarize the result".As the important part of the state, the local government shoulders the duty of economic development and political establishment, which directly affect the welfare of the people. Therefore, the local government occupies the first place to resolve the public affair. Public affair research involves a wide range of courses, for example, the Politics focus on the government response and guidance, and the correct definition and response are the reflection of good administration ability.Consequently, the main purpose of this paper is choosing the typical public affairs to study the government response. To achieve this goal, the first step is to collect and classify the data during 2008-2015 by using SPSS 22.0, and then we get the clear sketch of the behaviors of government response in public affairs, which help us to find the way and the timeliness of response. Finally, the paper tries to find the characteristic and regular pattern of government response, to analyze the current situation and difficulties and to solve the problems by providing feasible suggestions. To some degree, this paper will be rich the theoretical and practical research in local government response.All in all, the local government response is a good topic to discuss, and it is also a promising task to study. The paper firstly proposes the assumption, and then deeply analyzes the situation to get the result, finally under the theory guidance to verify the assumption and find the regular pattern.
