At the same time by the farmers on rural living garbage treatment facilities demand as an example to establish mathematical model, analyze the influencing factors of the demand of the residents. Finally based on the investigation and statistical analysis, in view of the rural public product supply and demand situation and the existing problems put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:to establish demand oriented decision-making mechanism, demand for public goods in rural areas the supply constraints, to achieve on-demand supply; enrich and improve financing system, realize the diversification of the rural public goods financing and the supply of the main; to establish flexible and effective rural public products financial allocation system, resources step by step classification allocation, improve the input mechanism and financial transfer payment system of public goods in rural areas.This article is within the framework of demand for rural public goods, based on the perspective of farmers, using related theories of public products supply and demand issues to explore, in order to improve the status of rural public products in our country have a more clear understanding.
