Research On The Application Of EAP In The Ideological And Political Work Of Employees In Yunnan Hydropower Industry

Right now China is undergoing a profound reform.Reform for all State-owned enterprises as well as reform for the whole Electricity System,in which Yunnan Province is the Pilot Province,which means Yunnan Province is going to face more and more challenges from all aspects,especially in the hydroelectric industry,than ever before.How to motivate the staff to better meet the requirements of the Electricity Reform and State-owned Enterprise Reform thus has become an important task for ideological and political work in hydropower stations.Under this circumstance,some hydropower stations introduce EAP to better promote party-building as well as ideological and political work to face the challenges and problems raised by reforms.EAP in this way could function as a supplemental method to solve psychological and ideological problems,which would definitely improve work efficiency as well as the whole organization performance.Yunnan Jinshajiang Midstream Hydroelectric Co.,Ltd answers the call of the current reform well,as it not only applies EAP to its current ideological and political work but also meets the demands of Humanistic Care and Psychological Help required by the 17th and 18th NPC,which actually makes ideological and political work in a Human-oriented way a reality.Party-building,enterprise culture as well as staff s performance have been fully promoted after this EAP Program and it is also by this program that a clear working logic under new circumstances have been raised,which includes more care for the disadvantaged groups,effective communicating systems and an ideology and politics theory-based EAP framework.All those would further promote the establishment of EAP system in Yunnan Province.EAP Program in Jinzhong fully verifies that,though belonging to different disciplines,psychological counseling could be important reference and supplement for ideological and political work.This thesis consists of four chapters,which are the Possibility of EAP's Application into Yunnan Hydropower Stations,the Empirical Analysis of EAP's Application into Ideological and Political Work in Jinzhong Company,the Enlightenment to Ideological and Political Work in Yunnan Hydropower Stations from EAP's Application.
