Research On Cross-border Crimes In Multinational Rivers

With the rapid development of economic globalization,the world began to become a whole,exchanges and cooperation between countries are synchronous,and promote development at the same time,the rise of emerging criminal powers,crime diversification,the crime is more cruel,especially in various countries,this collection of local forces and international terrorist groups,formed a strong line of defense.In the international judicial practice,more and more cross-border crime cases emerge in an endless stream,types,including drugs,money laundering,weapons smuggling and trafficking in human beings.On October 5,2011,the" Mekong tragedy ",which shocked China and foreign countries,involved the issue of national sovereignty,in order to be able to detect cases better,the four countries issued joint law enforcement statement and took corresponding action.This paper will take the case as the starting point,in-depth analysis of the causes of crime in the basin boundary from the conflict of jurisdiction and political economy,and the detailed discussion on how to build a long-term cooperative mechanism for coastal countries.
