Research On The Relationship Between The Bureaucratic Privileged Group And The Soviet Union

In the last decade of the twentieth century,the political situation in the world has changed.The most regrettable situation is that the Soviet Communist Party lost its ruling status,the Soviet Union and the CIS countries abandoned the original socialist system.It not only had a significant impact on the political situation in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,but also brought about tremendous changes in the world socialist movement and the international situation.In recent years,a growing number of Chinese and foreign scholars stand in different political positions and use different analytic methods to study this phenomenon and problem: A big party with tens of millions of members of the reason why in the overnight fall apart?
