Research On The Quality Improvement Path Of “beautiful Village” Construction In Hailin City

With the rapid development of the new urbanization,the material and spiritual civilization of city gradually spread to the countryside life,which makes the rural state of life slowly close to the city,and the countryside lost unique green,natural,cultural and other characteristics.China is a great agricultural country.Building a new socialist countryside was proposed as early as the 1950s;the work on full implementation of the beautiful rural construction in China has been carried out since 2013.Rural development is paid much attention by the majority of the Chinese people.Hailin City also carries out relevant policies on rural construction to keep pace with the country's development.This paper is about the study of improving path of beautiful rural construction in Hailin City,further investigates the progress of beautiful rural construction in Hailin City,construction of key projects and typical rural development path.From such concrete analysis of current situation,it can conclude macroscopic problem in the process of beautiful rural construction in Hailin City.This paper takes literature-summarizing method,questionnaire survey method,principal component analysis method to measure the rural construction quality in Hailin City on the system and quantity,the result displays the two micro problems that the process of beautiful rural construction in Hailin City is lower than the industry development and people's happiness index is weak.Finally,it combines with the practical problems of city and countryside integration and theory of sustainable development to beautiful rural construction in Hailin City to put forward the suggestions and countermeasures of improving financing safeguard mechanism,promoting construction planning,perfecting the management system of beautiful rural construction,optimizing the industrial structure,raising the villagers' happiness index.It can seek the improving path which is suitable for beautiful rural construction quality promotion in Hailin City,broaden the development view of beautiful rural construction in Hailin City and provide an example for reference to beautiful rural construction in our country.
