Research On Collaborative Governance Mechanism Of Personal Information Security Chaos

With the widespread use of Internet technology and the acceleration of the informationization process,the citizen’s personal information is gradually open and transparent.On the one hand,people’s communication and communication become easier and faster,and the leakage of citizen’s personal information becomes easier.In such circumstances,social cases,based on the disclosure of personal information from citizens,have emerged in the form of various types of fraud,including mobile phone texts,bank CARDS,social tools and other types of fraud.In this context,it is necessary to strengthen the protection of citizens’ personal information and promote social order.This paper studies the collaborative governance mechanism of personal information security protection based on the theory of collaborative governance.The theory of collaborative governance is a relatively new theory that applies the theory to public administration,and is a research perspective that has arisen in recent years.The current research on the protection of personal information security is mostly limited to legal and technical approaches.The theory of collaborative governance provides new theoretical guidance for analyzing and reforming the mechanism of personal information safety protection in China.This paper first defines the meaning of citizen’s personal information security and summarizes the theory of collaborative governance.Secondly,the author analyzes the present situation of the situation of the protection of personal information security in China,and analyzes the harm of the information.Further analysis is responsible for the poor governance of personal information security.And then elaborates on advanced countries’ advanced experience;Finally put forward Suggestions to protect the safety of citizens’ personal information: perfecting citizen’s personal information security laws and regulations,regulatory agencies of relevant responsibilities,expand citizens’ personal information safety supervision way,cultivating good information security awareness of individual citizens,and so on.We hope that this study can contribute to the solution of our citizens’ personal information security.
