On The Responsibility Of The Company Sponsor

With the rapid development of social economy and the change of cultural environment,the company came into being.The company is not accidental,it is the product of social development.The development of a company is closely related to its establishment according to law.Promoters of this element in the establishment of the company as well as its future development plays a key role,so it is also very important to identify the responsibility of promoters.Therefore,this paper first gives an overview of the sponsor's liability system,and describes the status and standards of the promoters from two aspects:the common law system and the civil law system.At the same time,the author gives a detailed description of the theoretical basis of the corporate sponsors liability system.Based on these theoretical foundations,the author focuses on the internal and external responsibilities of the promoters of the company,which is also the core of this paper.Through the introduction of the standard and the responsibility of the sponsor's liability system,this paper sums up the defects of the corporate sponsors in the liability system,and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
