Government-level Government Supervision And Research

After years of exploration and development,China has preliminarily established an effective system of government supervision.As an important part of government administration,government supervision plays an important role in promoting the implementation of decisions,improving the government administrative effiency and being closely connected to the masses.The government supervision sector of prefecture-level city governments,bridge between supervision sectors of provincial or prefectual levels and country levels,is of great importance in conveying and implementing essential decisions and arrangements of party committee and government of the higher level and related leaders,and also gradually becomes a vital tool in urging subordinate departments to understand the purpose of decisions and in promoting the implementation of policy quickly.Under the new strategy requirements of new concepts,it is necessary to carry an exhaustive study of government supervision work of prefecture-level cities in China and improve the effectiveness of their supervision to promote their administrative effiency.Based on an analysis of government supervision work of Hulunbuir,this paper will do the research on the general rules and supervision process,which can be used as a reference for government at the same levels during the supervision work.First,by explaining government supervision from its meaning,developments and trends,characteristics and principles,status and fuctions,this paper will make clear the framework of government supervision and define the similarities and differences in government supervision of different levels.Then,some research will be carried about the current situation of government supervision work of Hulunbuir and analyze some existing problems and their causes.Finally,this paper will not only discuss the development direction of government supervision work of prefecture-level cities but also give suggestions about how to build a more specific and standard work system and a sound supervision mechanism,to make supervision ways perfect and to strengthen the troop construction.
