Research On Performance Appraisal Of Public Security Organs In Hulunbeier City

As national administrative law enforcement management authority,public security organ is commissioned with tasks of fighting against criminals,protection,management and control.Performance evaluation of local public security organ is the process of assessing police work and achievements of public security ream construction,is the critical point for establishing long-term effective mechanism of public security team and is also an effective way to promote normal construction of public security force.For further improving police work of public security organ,this paper further optimizes the performance evaluation system for public security organ in Hulunbuir city though applying KPI theory and PDCA cycle theory.As the performance evaluation of public security organ in Hulunbuir city mainly targets the authority.At first,this paper analyzes research background and significance of performance evaluation for public security organ,current situation and development of research both at home and abroad,and relevant theory of public security performance evaluation;in the second place,it searches for the causes of performance evaluation for public security organ in Hulunbuir city,and explores ways of improving performance evaluation system of public security organ;it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve performance evaluation system in Chapter three.
