Residents In Community Service Participate In Research

In June 2016,the Ministry of Civil Affairs together with the National Development and Reform Commission promulgated the “13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Civil Administration ",which proposed to " deepen the construction of urban communities in an all-round way,deepen the construction of rural communities,cultivate typical rural community construction,improve governance and service capabilities,and strive to urban and rural communities into a well-managed,well-service,civilized and peaceful social life community”.Therefore,it is the purpose of this paper how to carry out urban and rural communities to become a“well-managed,well-service,civilized and peaceful social life community”.In this paper,I want to analyze the situation of residents' participation in community service with a community sample which is in transition to urban communities.In this paper,based on participant observation and in-depth interviews,the PFJ community is taken an example to study on the process how the residents' role chage from object to subject in the community construction stage,and how to promote the“community” through the subject residents.In this paper,the residents' participation in the community service is divided into three levels.At first level,residents are only as a passive acceptance of community service object.At second level,residents gradually become service providers and participate in community services.At third level residents become community service decision-maker to participate in community service decision-making,at this stage,residents become the main body of community services,to play the main role of the decision-making.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,elaborating the topic background and the research significance,the concept stage,the research methods and the literature review etc..The second chapter is the introduction of PFJ community' profile and the community service situation.The community profile includes population and geographic data,community organization and staff etc..Community service is discussed from community public service,community autonomous service and residents' spontaneous service.The third chapter is the description of residents' participation in three levels with the survey data.The fourth part is the analysis on the factors and problem of participation of residents,to discuss the main body residents involved in community building from opportunity,ability and action.The fifth chapter is the conclusions of this article,countermeasures and reflection.Through the study,this paper found that residents in the community service participation,will cultivate as the community residents of the main sense gradulately.With the development of community service,community residents gradually transfer from the original object to the subject role of community.Residents become the main body of the community and then promote community autonomy,it is helpful to community construction.In addition,this paper argues that community building through community service is an effective way.Community service can promote the residents' attention to the community,strengthen the residents' participation in the community and cultivate the residents' common interests.In this paper,I argue that community building should be strengthened from community service,giving community residents more autonomy in community service,transforming them from the original object to the main role of the community,and promoting the construction of community.
