Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Grassroots Government

As an important content of the new public management,government performance evaluation,to strengthen the government responsibility,improve the efficiency of government responsibility.The government performance evaluation has the function of improving government performance,supervising the government behavior and improving the image of the government.In recent years,performance appraisal in the operation of China's administrative institutions in the frequency of increasingly high,but China's government performance evaluation started late,there is a lack of theoretical and practical research on performance evaluation,standardization,Reasonable,inadequate means of assessment,lack of supervision and control mechanisms and many other issues.For the government performance evaluation problems,the government has begun to pay attention to,in this context,Jiande City performance appraisal as the main content of the government public management reform.The author uses the research methods of investigation,literature research and case study to find out the reasons of the current grass-roots government performance evaluation in Jiande City,try to establish the third-party evaluation and public participation from the current grass-roots levelEvaluation and improvement of the internal evaluation of the government and other supporting mechanisms,the results of comprehensive evaluation and administrative accountability system combined to strengthen the comprehensive evaluation results use,to achieve comprehensive evaluation of the use of institutionalization and standardization solutions to improve the performance of grass-roots government.
