As the international environmental problems are becoming more and more serious,how to establish an effective mechanism of international environmental law is an urgent issue.Sovereign countries have no doubt about its status,but with the complication of environmental problems,it is unrealistic to admit countries' sovereignty status in international environmental law.Greenpeace,as a representative of typical non-governmental international organizations has made tremendous contributions to promote the international environmental law.Greenpeace actively participates in the process of global environmental governance,and its performance in advocating awareness,providing environmental information,monitoring the implementation of environmental conventions,and promoting the formation and development of international environmental mechanisms is remarkable.Since its establishment in 1971,the contribution to international environmental protection is evident.Its activities range is around all corners of the world.Greenpeace as a formal observer,shuttle in the various environmental meetings of the place;when the transnational corporations of economic behavior hazards may endanger the surrounding environment,Greenpeace will stand up;Greenpeace also with other environmental organization of the common alliance,together with the relevant areas of environmental protection activities,in order to expand the appeal and influence of environmental protection activities.Greenpeace has an empirical link to the development of international environmental law.Its activities,impacts in international environmental law can be said to be closely linked to the specific aspects of international environmental law system generation,rule enforcement and supervision,rights relief and dispute resolution processes.Greenpeace organizes lobbying with governments to participate in negotiations on international environmental treaties,or direct participation in international organization activities,international conferences,official negotiations to promote and promote the development of international environmental law and compilation.The first part is the comparison between the main subject of international law and the main body of international environmental law.Through the interpretation of the relationship between international law and international environmental law,drawing on the definition of the main body of international law,define the subject of international environmental law.The second part is the analysis of the nature of green peace organization.Greenpeace organization as a typical non-governmental international organizations are organizational,independent,and professional and so on.The third part is to analyze the impact of Greenpeace on the international environmental law making process and its role in the international environmental law in the main position.The fourth part demonstrates the practice of Greenpeace in international environmental law.The fifth part analyzes the predicament and development prospect of Greenpeace in international environmental law.The role of Greenpeace in global environmental governance is irreplaceable.Greenpeace is an important role that can't be ignored in terms of the establishment and maintenance of the entire international environmental mechanism,or in monitoring the environmental impact of global environmental actors,and through the development of science and technology.While Greenpeace is slightly less active in terms of activity,it does not affect its important role in international environmental protection and its positive image in the minds of global citizens.Believe that in the future international green relations,Greenpeace will be able to continue to play a constructive role.
