The causality plays an important role in the judicial practice,is the focus and difficulty in the research of the criminal law,the causal relationship in the judicial practice process often has some factors involved which making the original causal relationship becomes complicated and difficult to determine,How to determine the causal relationship in the case is the premise of conviction and sentencing,It is particularly important,this paper is divided into four chapters and analyze the factors involved in existenceThe first chapter presents cases and disputes.The second chapter is the basic concepts of causality and causal relationship and the introduced of different kinds of Factors involved in,common types of intervention of the intervention in the victim's own behavior,intervention of natural factors,intervention two behavior and the behavior of the third people involved in these kinds of intervening factors,different types are analyzed then,the causality between several theories,related to the condition that the causal relationship,interrupt causality and objective rule theory and the causal relationship of different theories,advantages and disadvantages are analyzedIn the third chapter,Make a brief analysis of the different factors of the intervening factors.In the fourth chapter,through the analysis of the case,this method is applied to the judicial practice.
