In The Process Of Urbanization, Local Governments Promote The Employment Of Landless Peasants

As a less developed province in western China,GuiAn district is listed as the second batch of national new urbanization comprehensive pilot areas in 2015.GuiAn district has started construction for three years,urbanization construction rapidly developed.However,with the continuous development of urbanization,the reemployment problem of the land-lost farmers has been increasingly acute,How to promote the employment of the land-losing farmers for the local government that is the urgent task in front of the new city government employment.When the question that how to promote the employment of the land-losing farmers arise,our country local government should explore the path that promote employment of land-losing farmers,even so,the number of land-lost farmers still increased,this paper carries on the related research and explore the path that the local government promote employment in the process of the land-losing farmers,why policy behavior of local government haven't achieved the desired effect,and explore practical improvement path.This paper argues that the government promote the employment of the land-losing farmers should thoroughly understand the different parts of the root cause of the land-lost farmers' employment,found the government itself in behavior logic problems of the land-losing farmers to promote employment,thus explore a reasonable way to promote employment of the land-losing farmers.At the same time,the government promote employment of land-losing farmers well,it doesn't work that "one size fits all",take different measures for different problems.Based on this,choose GuiAn district as the research object,in-depth local investigation,according to the nature of the research content,choosing the most appropriate interview method to obtaining firsthand material,according to the theory of sustainable development,urbanization and new urbanization theory and responsible government theory as the theoretical basis,research practice of promoting employment of land-losing farmers in GuiAn district,the achievements and existing problems,and explore the suitable solutions to the area.To provide theoretical basis for the government in promoting employment of the land-losing farmers field,enrich predecessors' research achievements in this field.
