The Defendant Pleaded Guilty To A Number Of Issues

In the of criminal procedure law,there are more and more cases of “Defendant pleaded guilty”.In recent years,the statement: “Defendant pleaded guilty” has become one of the main issues in the area of criminal procedure law.The author of this paper is in favor of the legal proceeding.In this paper,the author discusses the development of the present procedures and proposes some ideas and suggestions.The author aims to consummate the legal proceeding and collocate the judicial resources reasonably.This paper includes five parts: including the introduction and four other sections.The introduction of this paper introduces the background of the procedures to solve simple cases,especially the procedures to solve the case of “Defendant pleaded guilty”.In addition,this author talks about the necessity to consummate the procedures.The first section is a summary of “Defendant pleaded guilty”.This section is divided into three further parts which discuss the definition of pleaded guilty,the definition of “Defendant pleaded guilty” and the value of the legal proceeding separately.The second section,looking from the perspective of development,talks about the generation and development of legal proceeding of “Defendant pleaded guilty”.The third section that includes three parts is the main part of this paper.The first part lists the problems of regulations itself of the legal proceeding of “Defendant pleaded guilty”.The second part analyzes the defects of the related legal proceeding.The last part provides the reason why there are so many problems.The last section is based on the above sections and aims to provide solutions to solve the present problems.
