A Study On The Definition Of The Proper Procedures For Land Expropriation Under The Interpretation Of The Taiwanese Chief Justice

The constitution is the parent law of the protection of rights,its legal Hierarchy is the highest,in order to maintain the status and dignity of the constitution,a series of constitutional interpretations are needed to ensure the implementation of the constitution in daily life,play the role of safeguarding human rights.The justice Constitution-Interpretation system of Taiwan district in China is to ensure that the " constitution" of Taiwan is dynamic,a large number of judicial cases in Taiwan and justice words documents in the due process of land expropriation.This paper analyzes the constitutional interpretation of due process in land expropriation(also defined)by justice of Taiwan district,using comparative analysis method,study the influence of due process development of land expropriation in Taiwan area and define the due process of due process.As an integral part of Chinese territory,Taiwan has the same cultural origins and customs,and the legal system in Taiwan is better than the legal system in the mainland because of historical reasons,so the legal system in Taiwan has no reference value to the mainland.Therefore,the definition of due process in land expropriation from the perspective of Taiwan district attorney Constitution-Interpretation,of course,is of great reference significance to the establishment and development of due process of land expropriation in mainland China.
