On The Protection Of The Privacy Rights Of Minors In Criminal Justice Activities In China

With the development of science and technology and culture,while protecting the healthy growth of minors,we can not forget such a special group-minors who participate in criminal judicial activities.Under the leading ideology of "criminal law","main education,light punishment" and "safeguarding human rights",the awareness of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of minors has gradually increased in criminal cases.However,as China has yet to formulate and promulgate a special juvenile law,the protection of minors' rights in criminal judicial activities is relatively fragmented and incomplete.At the same time,the criminal justice activities involved in the privacy of minors has long been ignored,resulting in some personnel involved the handling of criminal cases involving minors in the process of privacy violation of minors,home address,photos and other specific identity information was leaked,causing great harm to the parties and their relatives and.Some minors,even after the execution of the penalty,because of previous crimes or victims of criminal cases,do not make their study and life seriously affected.Based on this situation,this paper analyzes the current status of the protection of the right to privacy of minors in domestic criminal justice activities,find the protection of minors,the scope is too narrow,the operation difficult issues such as the implementation of specific laws and regulations.According to the regulations to protect the privacy of minors criminal judicial activities,according to China's national conditions and judicial status quo,puts forward specific suggestions for improvement of our country,not a public hearing system,case handling system,criminal record storage system,especially the privacy protection system of underage victims,the establishment of supporting measures participate in other social institutions in judicial organs outside the minors,solve the privacy problem existing in the criminal justice activities comprehensive system.
