Research On The Balance Of Foreign Policy Of Kazakhstan's Great Powers

Kazakhstan has been implemented the foreign policy of balance of the great powers for over 20 years since its foudation.Due to friendly relations with Russia,America and China,Kazakhstan brought in advanced technologies and abundant foreign investment and provided a stable and favorable international environment for its development.By claiming iteslf as a nuclear-free country,Kazakhstan also got the promises of many major powers to ensure its safety.Today,Kazakhstan has emerged as a leading power of the region with its economy ranking first in the region and its active role across the globe.Its accomplishment was,to a large degree,due to its foreign policy of the balance among the great powers.The foreign policy of the balance among the great powers of Kazahkstan conforms to the trend of multi-polarization and national realties in terms of its economy condition,cultural background and unique location.In the paper,I will apply the approach of levels of analysis to explain the reasonability of the foreign policy of the balance among the great powers of Kazakhstan.Making avail of its advantages in geographical position and energy,Kazakhstan achieved subtle and delicate balances among Russia,America and China,thus maximizing its national interests.It sets a good example for those middle and small powers boasted with similar diplomatic resources.We should also notice that the balance among the great powers can be unstable and add uncertainties to the relations with three countries.But on the whole,the foreign policy of the balance among the great powers is successful considering its positive impacts on the development of the country.
