The defense lawyers in the protection of rights and interests of the parties,building the rule of law,the lawyer system internationalization and guarantee the confrontation principle plays an important role,and granted the lawyer rights mainly comes from the law endowed with the party,including personal rights and litigation rights of two types.In the rule of law in China,defense lawyers and the construction of rule of law is an indispensable relationship,the defense lawyer promote the process of judicial reform,to ensure and promote the realization of substantive justice and procedural justice;however,our current defense lawyer rights protection has met with difficulty,scoring difficult,difficult to investigate and collect evidence and defense lawyers vulnerable to criminal the investigation of problems.These problems mainly lie in the influence of the concept of the public security judicial personnel,the imperfection of the legislation and the reasons of the lawyers themselves.Therefore,only to improve the protection of the rights of defense attorneys in China,enhance social status,establish defense attorneys right and strengthen their own rights lawyer refused,and refine the law to strengthen the litigation rights protection,supplemented by supporting sound system,to work together to protect the rights of lawyers.
