Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Synergy Between Jiangbei District Government And Social Organizations In Chongqing

Since the beginning of twenty-first Century,accelerating the modern economy in the market economy as the representative of the development and changes in the external environment to the complex characteristics of the moment,these are a profound impact on the reform and development of public management theory and practice.The collaborative governance(Collaborative Governance)is produced in this background,it is a kind of Governance--this the governance requirements of the government and society to build a new pattern of shared governance.At the same time,a large number of practice has proved that the collaborative governance requires the establishment of a new relationship,the mutual trust relationship with the requirements of social network theory,the relationship between the internal norm of reciprocity consistency.Therefore,this article holds that the existence of intrinsic interactive relationship between collaborative governance and social network theory,this relationship can promote the cooperative governance efficiency,and promote the realization of "good governance".This paper defines the collaborative governance,social network and other core concepts from the collaborative governance theory,synergy theory.The social capital theory,resource dependence theory and other related theories,using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,data statistics,survey form through the combination of questionnaire and interview on the Chongqing Jiangbei District government and social organization coordination between the status of the investigation and analysis,found in Chongqing Jiangbei District in the cooperative.Between the main function integration is not enough,the problem of resource aggregation effect is not strong and the joint action degree is not deep.According to the problems existing in the present stage,the domestic and foreign related research to determine the key factors and put forward the hypothesis,and then using SPSS19.0 statistical software and Mplus7.0 software through the construction of inspection of the key influencing factors and structural equation model and hypothesis.Put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The main contents of the paper are as follows: the first chapter,introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and research significance,summarizes relevant studies at home and abroad and detailed review,research ideas and content,research methods and possible innovation points.The second chapter explains the concept and theoretical basis.The co governance,explains the core concepts of social relations on the network,collaborative governance theory,synergy theory,combing the social capital theory and resource dependence theory,the theoretical basis for this paper.The third chapter,Chongqing Jiangbei District government and Social Organization collaborative governance investigation and analysis of current situation of network construction.To analyze the current situation and through the questionnaireThe survey and interviews on the problems of identification and description.In the fourth chapter,the research design and empirical analysis of the factors influencing cooperative relationship of Chongqing Jiangbei District government and social organization.To determine the key factors and put forward the research hypothesis,the index selection and scale reliability and validity analysis,and then according to the results of the survey the verification and analysis of factor analysis and structural equation model of SPSS19.0 and Mpuls7.0 software,draw the following conclusions:(1)the main factors in the collaborative attitude of the government and social organizations to build cooperative relations show significant positive correlation.(2)the relationship of trust and reciprocity of the government and social groupsFabric construction collaborative relationship was positively correlated.(3)environmental factors relationship was positively related to the influence on the government and social organization coordination.The fifth chapter is countermeasures and suggestions to construct the cooperative relationship of Chongqing Jiangbei District government and social organization.On the basis of the existing problems and the research results from the cooperative attitude and coordination ability,inter subjectivity the relationship,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on external support.In the sixth chapter,conclusion and Prospect of the research.It mainly summarizes the whole article,and puts forward the research prospect.The related research on cooperative relation is a new research topic,which belongs to the field of interdisciplinary,the theory of cooperation network governance and social relations based on,through theoretical analysis and field investigation,the research of Chongqing Jiangbei District government and social organization coordination factors affecting relationship building,eventually locked the main factors,three levels the relationship between factors and environmental factors were studied to verify the research hypotheses themselves through empirical analysis,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.This paper broadens the scope of the study to a certain extent,but the shortage of research,test the effectiveness of the model and policy recommendations are to be constructed in practice.
