Research On Deliberative Democracy In Community Governance

In the special period of social transformation,the key to community governance is to carry out effective democratic governance and improve the scientificity and feasibility of community governance decision-making.As a new type of embedded governance resource of modern community governance,deliberative democracy has its unique democratic governance advantage and theoretical research value.To this end,this paper conducts a preliminary discussion on deliberative democracy in community governance from four aspects.First of all,the paper sorts out the related concepts of deliberative democracy and community governance as the logical starting point and theoretical foundation.Secondly,on the basis of clarifying the internal logic between deliberative democracy and community governance,the paper explores the necessity and feasibility of carrying out deliberative democracy and the governance effect to further clarify its governance advantages.And then,the paper starts from the reality and makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in the aspects of consultative body and consultative form and consultative machinery.Finally,in view of the prominent problems,the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions,hoping to promote the sustainable development of deliberative democracy in community governance.In summary,the paper tries to improve the extensive multi-level institutionalization of China's deliberative democracy through the study of the deliberative democracy in community governance,so as to provide effective democratic governance methods for the modernization of community governance and even national governance.
