Research On The Countermeasures For The Elderly In The Urban Empty Nest Community

With the rapid development of population aging,empty nest elderly pension has become increasingly concerned about the social problems,more and more people realize that the maintenance of the elderly can not rely solely on the family,should gradually shift to society.In order to solve the old-age dilemma of the empty-nest family,there is an urgent need for a kind of old-age mode which can alleviate the old-age pressure of the government and the family and provide the elderly with the convenient old-age service,and the community pension as a new type of old-More and more attention by the community,can effectively alleviate the empty nesters old age service problem.This paper mainly studies the basic concepts and theories related to empty-nest elderly and community-based pension,and points out that the old-age pension in the elderly is based on the family pension,supplemented by the old-age model of community-based pension,Level theory and welfare pluralism theory throughout the article,as the theoretical basis of the article,while discussing the current urban empty nest elderly community pension effectiveness and the existence of the old-age facilities are not perfect,the quality of pension service personnel And the difficulties of the old-age service operation,and explained the reasons for the emergence of these problems mainly for the community pension funds,a single channel,empty nest income of the elderly less,community pension cultural activities and other reasons,in order to solve the empty nest elderly community pension The use of comparative analysis of the United States,Britain,Japan,Shanghai and other developed countries and cities at home and abroad in the empty nest elderly community pension strategies for comparative analysis,for the use of community pension approach to solve the empty nest of the elderly of commercial pension insurance,the use of market resources to help empty nest elderly re-employment;From the community level to increase the multi-faceted to attract multi-party cooperation,the use of information technology for the empty nest to establish an archives;from the social organization level to increase volunteer service,community activities and other four main aspects of the empty nest elderly community pension problem.
