Study Of Accepting Bribes

Bribery is one of the Crime of Graft and Bribery,the interest of it is to protect integrity or un-purchasing of public affairs.The approach of study is empirical research aimed at 710 written judgements.Subject and object of the crime are regarded as two variables in this paper and their correlation has been inspected by the model.The study found the main features of the crime: year,administrative rank,asking for a bribe have significant influence on bribery amounts,but taking bribes has no significant influence on bribery amounts;the year is more old,and the bribery amounts(millions above)will be larger;the filed of bribery,including placement planning,engineering construction,land utilization and so on,these have significant influence on bribery amounts;the probability of taking bribery is bigger than asking for,but in contract to a national cadre,asking for bribery easily for bureau level leaders.According to above conclusion,I have made some suggestions: regulate the discretion of judge;make from Duty all Self's Life;special power supervision institution;property declaration system.
