The victory of the October Revolution in Russia had a profound impact on the Chinese revolution. In the early struggle, the Chinese Communist Party used Russian as a teacher to explore the victory of the revolution through central city riots. From 1926 to 1937,for 11 years, flying rallies that played an important role in the Russian Revolution were highly respected and often held.As early as the 1890 s,at the beginning of the Russian revolution, they tried to use the air rally in the city for propaganda. In the February and October revolutions of 1917,such street acts frequently took place in cities such as Petrograd, spreading the revolution.Thought and mobilization of the revolutionary masses have made outstanding contributions. After the victory of the October Revolution in Russia, along with the dissemination of Marxism in China and the exchanges between China and Russia(Soviet Union)personnel, the propaganda approach of flying rallies was introduced into China. After the founding of the Communist Party of China,it actively organized the mass movement of workers and peasants.During the upsurge of the Great Revolution,on the first anniversary of the "Five Stars" in 1926,the green mail postmen appeared on the streets of Shanghai to lead the first successful flight rally in the history of the Chinese Communist Party. The success of the first flight rally had its specific background. However, after the failure of the Great Revolution, the CPC Central Committee and the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee in Shanghai still used it as an important propaganda tool for a long period of time. They experienced Qu Qiubai's “leftist” blind brewing motives, and Li Lisan's “left”.From the development of adventurous adventurism to Wang Ming's “leftist” dogmatism in misruling the Central Government, this method of propaganda and mobilization reached a peak, and for some time it became almost the only means of propaganda.Shanghai is the birthplace of flight rallies and the city with the highest frequency.Of course,it is also held in cities in other Kuomintang-controlled areas, but its influence is limited.Although there are few participants in the flight assembly, there are also complete processes, including preparation,on-site organization, and conclusion of the steps. In the long-term practice, each link has detailed specifications. The members participating in the flight assembly are very extensive.Except for the workers' groups, under the mobilization and influence of the CPC Central Committee and the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, the formation of college teachers has become an active responder, and even become a leader;the left-wing groups represented by the Left Alliance are at the early stage of establishment.Due to the "Left" influence of the CCP,it also devoted itself to open street action. In the later stages, more and more members began to reflect on it;due to the unique advantage of alien status, many have become witnesses and participants in such street action. The Communist Party of China(CPC)flight rally is one of the explorations in the process of the CCP's revolution.Flight rally is an important part of the theoretical practice of capturing political power through urban insurrection. However, the propaganda mobilization method of the flight rally was controversial from the very beginning. When the flight rally became the most frenzied in the 1930 s,it began to reflect constantly from the central leadership to grass-roots participants and tried to adapt to reduce losses. After experiencing the lessons of blood,it finally proved that this method would not work,so after the White Area Working Conference in 1937,it gradually changed its working methods and no longer used flight rallies for propaganda and mobilization. The CCP formulated a policy of concealing leanness,long-term ambush, accumulating power, and waiting for the right timing in the city.Since then, there have been various forms of urban and rural publicity. They have won preemptive opportunities in the propaganda war in the War of Resistance and the War of Liberation and contributed to the victory of the revolution.
