Chen Yunren's View Of The Concept

Since the founding for 96 years,the Communist Party of China has been always making efforts to improve people's lives,to meet the diverse needs of the people,to promote the comprehensive development of the people,and takes the humanistic values as the rule of conduct for revolution and administration.The first generation of collective leadership of the Communist Party of China,both in theory and in practice,has initiated the sanitization of Marx doctrine,and more importantly,the dictatorship of the proletariat has finally been achieved under the leadership of the party,which guarantees the development of humanism in practice and theory fundamentally.Chen Yun,known as the czar of the Chinese economy by foreign scholars,is an important member of the first and the second generation of the collective leadership of the party,and it is helpful and meaningful for us to understand the theoretical achievements of Marx's humanism thought,implement Scientific Outlook on Development and to adhere to the people-oriented,especially for implementing the series of governance theory of eighteen Party Central Committee by studying on Chen Yun' humanistic view.The paper consists of five parts:The first part,based on the theoretical and practical significance of Chen Yun'humanistic view and the present situation of the lack of systematic and holistic research of Chen Yun' humanistic view,the paper emphasis on the necessity of the study of Chen Yun's Humanism.Besides,the difficulty of the first part is to determine the basic connotation of the concept of Chen Yun' humanistic view by mining the Marxist classical writers of Marx thought of the humanism concept.The second part,the paper analyzes the conditions of the formation of Chen's view of Humanism by reading a lot of books,articles,chronicle and the books which record Chen Yun's main life trajectory.The research finds that the humanistic thought in the works of Marx's classical writers,the essence of "people oriented" of Chinese traditional philosophy,the thought of people's livelihood of Sun Zhongshan,in addition,Chen's deeply absorption in the thought of Mao Zedong,constitute the theoretical source of Chen Yun' humanistic view.And the factors of Chen Yun's own experience and personal work areas are the most critical factor in the formation of the concept of humanism.The third part is the third chapter,which is the focus of this paper.This paper summarizes the main contents of Chen's view of Humanism as follows:the mass view of believing in,mobilizing and relying on the people;the livelihood outlook of emphasizing on improving people's lives in economic construction;the talent view of discovering talents and making rational use of intellectuals;the education view of promoting the all-round development of human beings.The fourth part presents the features of Chen Yun' humanistic view.By analyzing his humanism content in comparison,the paper finds out the four main features of his view:practicality,subjectivity,sustainability of development,and comprehensiveness.The fifth chapter describes the practical significance of Chen Yun' humanistic view.Combined with the current development of the urgent need to solve practical problems and integrated the important development strategy proposed by the Central Party Committee since eighteen,this paper considers that Chen Yun' humanistic view provides a theoretical origin and ideological guidance for the further understanding of the idea of "adhere to the people as the center";provides a guideline to construct a close relationship between the party and the masses;provides the initial ideological material for the five development ideas of innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing.
