Research On Local Government Responsiveness In The Context Of Online Politics

Local government portal website's inquiry section is an important window for public service,and is an important channel for realizing the innovation of interaction between government and people.The type of response government is a necessary direction for construction of government management's modernization.In government portal website,the interaction between government and people is a significant connotation of building the response government.It is a question that local government have to think deeply,that is,how to set up the benign interaction relationship across the government portal website,which concerns the political mutual trust between government and people and the improvement of government-governing's performance.The paper made an analysis research for responding ability of complaint,consult and advice section in government portal website in Xi'an city,by using the method of literature study,comparative study,case study and so on.The article reviewed a development history and development situation of government portal website in Xi'an city.Based on the citizens' reflect and appeal,according to three stage date from the process of government response,we found there exist several problems in the process of interaction between government and citizens,they are:the time of government's response is so long and the ability of handling affairs is low;the ofical response attitude is heavy and lack of humanistic care;the efficiency of government response is lower and it exist the preference of responding the issue;the service awareness need to be improved;the professional stuff are insufficient;the feedback of evaluation mechanism are imperfect;the interaction level is inferior;the citizen's self-quality is uneven and thus need to cultivate and so on.This reasearch's aim is to find the problem across the interaction in actual operation,and then analysis the main factors that influenced the ability,timeliness and result of government response and raised the author's cognition of the interaction.Finally,the friendly advice were given to the government portal website which target to establish the benign interaction between government and people,at the same time,we hope that the aim of government response and benign interaction relationship can come ture by using the consultative democracy theory.
