Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)is proposed to cope with the development of economic globalization and regional integration and that it is sponsored by ASEAN,invites China,Japan,Korea,Australian,New Zealand and India(10+6).The purpose of RCEP is to establish a huge Free Trade Agreement which includes 16 countries by means of cutting tariff and non-tariff barrier.The first chapter of Article has developed the characteristics of RCEP by analyzing the background of organization,development processes,and negotiation processes of RCEP over the years.On the second chapter,use the method of comparative analysis,it compares RCEP to China-Korea Free Trade Agreement,Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement(TPP),General Agreement on Trade in Services(GATS)and Agreement On Trade-related Aspects of Intellectual Property Right(TRIPS)from the level of three aspects which includes tariff concession related trade in goods,intellectual property right protection and trade in services,and comes to the conclusion about “lower standard” and negotiation dilemma of RCEP.This paper finally gives suggestions and “China's plans” to deal with the “lower standard” of RCEP in the last chapter. |
