Research On Community Home Care Services In Guandu District, Kunming City

At present,the aging of the population is already a serious problem which all countries is facing in the world.The aging process is accelerating as the number of elderly people in every region is increasing rapidly.The problem of providing for old age is becoming an outstanding issue that needs to be solved by the state and government.In recent years,the local governments and some social organizations who have actively responded to the call of the state,explored and established various pension patterns or systems.In these years,the development of community home-based care services in China has fully taken China's actual national conditions and regional realities into account.From the current situation,community home-based care has alleviated the problem of population aging in China in some degree.Under this underground,this paper makes a study on the situation of community home-based care services in Guandu District.In this context,this paper carries out relevant research on the community home care service in guandu districtThis paper has taken the basic theory and the practical application together through using the literature analysis,the questionnaire interviews and other methods.First,the author starts from the concept,theory and so on,and carries on the basic research to the community home-based care;Secondly,Take the Guandu district as the research object,and contact with the civil affairs bureau of Guandu district and the old age committees so as to collect the detailed basic data and to analyze the data.Then,that can find some problems of community home-based care services in Guandu District.Such as social awareness,imperfect infrastructure,the low level of service quality,deficient funds safeguard and so on.At last,to analysis the problem and give practical suggestion which fully absorb the advanced experience of domestic and foreign development of community home endowment.
