Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Grassroots Government In China In Urban Community Governance

With the accelerating process of urbanization,traditional social governance methods have not been able to adapt to the current requirements of urban economic and social development,resulting in a large number of urban social governance issues can not be solved,so the promotion of community construction has become an objective requirement for social transformation.The development of community in our country began to develop in the middle and late 1990 s,which brought a new impetus to the city's grassroots social governance.At the same time,due to the increasingly diversified organizations within the community and the complexity of social interests,many factors of instability have emerged in the process of urban community governance.For our country with a low degree of social development,the governance of unstable factors in urban communities cannot be separated from the grass-roots government's efficiency and accuracy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problems existing in the governance of urban communities by grassroots governments.This article mainly focuses on the urban community and the grass-roots government.First of all,introduce the relevant basic concepts and theoretical basis.The concept of urban community governance is specifically discussed and the basic government is defined.The main body,principle,content and significance of community governance are described,governance theory and new public service theory are explained,laying a solid foundation for the specific analysis of the following text.Secondly,we reviewed the evolution of the governance methods of grass-roots governments in the governance of urban communities in China since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and pointed out the problems existing in the governance of urban communities in China's grass-roots governments.The in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the three aspects of relevant laws,government functions,and social changes.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for improving the problems existing in the governance of urbancommunities by grassroots governments.Based on the analysis of the previous two chapters,the author proposes measures to improve the laws related to community governance,change the government's own functions,rationalize the relationship between the communities,cultivate non-profit organizations,and improve the residents' participation system.This article elaborates the relevant theories and foundations of urban community governance.It aims to provide a certain value reference for the construction of urban community governance legalization,scientification,refinement and organization,thereby promoting the democratization of our country and promoting the governance system of urban communities in China.Governance capacity is modernized.
