Research On Labor Protection Of Workers In The Early New China (1949-1956)

This paper takes the labor protection of the workers' Republic in the early days of the People's Republic of China(1949-1956)as the research object,takes labor protection as the breakthrough point,combs the evolution of the labor protection situation of the workers,discusses the relationship between the Communist Party of China,the workers and the entejrprises in the process of labor protection,Summed up the experience of labor protection in the early days of new China,and analyzed its shortcomings in order to provide a useful reference for the construction of harmonious labor relations in today's society.The first part combs the policy of labor protection and its evolution in the period of the new democratic revolution.This period is the period of pioneering and developing the CCP's labor protection.With the continuous development of the revolutionary situation,the labor protection policy has been constantly adjusted.However,due to the smaller and relatively scattered factory base,the number of workers is relatively small,labor protection policy is mainly implemented in the base.The CCP's labor protection policy can not be implemented nationwide.In the Kuomintang,the CCP,in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers,through the organization of workers strikes and other forms,to improve workers' labor protection treatment.In the process of labor protection,the CCP's labor protection policy was deeply influenced by the Soviet Union,which had both positive and negative effects.During the period of"left" labor protection policy,seriously affected the development of the workers'movement,and the negative impact on the base economy.But these lessons for the country after the founding of new labor protection policy provides a useful reference.The second part mainly analyzes the development of labor protection in the early days of the People's Republic of China(1949-1956).During this period,the identity and status of workers changed,and the working class became the national leadership.The focus of the work of the CCP was shifted from rural to urban areas.For the Chinese Communist Party,labor protection is an important task.The early days of the People's Republic of China,due to technical equipment behind,lack of experience,workers casualties are still more serious,individual areas and even workers strike,trouble and other extreme phenomena.Workers' labor protection work has become an important problem that needs to be solved at that time.In order to strengthen workers' labor protection and reduce workers' casualties,the CCP has introduced a series of policies such as the enactment of the Labor Insurance Regulations,the improvement of the labor protection system,the setting up of labor protection special organs,and the increase in the management and supervision of workers' labor protection.In the early days of the founding of new China,although the CCP adopted a series of measures to strengthen the workers' labor protection,but there are still many problems due to the conditions at that time.The CCP revolves around labor protection and is constantly exploring and improving.The paper chooses the coal mine as the research object,because under the condition of the time,the coal industry is the industry with high casualties,and the coal industry is selected as the research object,which is typical.At the same time,it analyzes the particular group of female workers and apprentices,studies the particularity of labor protection in this group,analyzes its shortcomings,sums up its experience and draws lessons from it.
