Legal Protection Of The Rights Of Victims Of Domestic Violence

As a global problem,domestic violence has become a social disease of all countries all over the world.With the development of the times,domestic violence has also produced various new crux.When family violence becomes the hot topic of public opinion in China,how to alleviate and solve the pressure brought by domestic violence to individuals,families and society should become a cool consideration behind the hot spots.Domestic violence is extremely harmful.The victims of domestic violence are the most direct victims of this harm.China should strengthen the protection of legal rights and interests of victims of domestic violence in laws and regulations.At the same time,when China's anti domestic violence law is implemented for more than two years,the effect of judicial practice should be tested,and the gaps and deficiencies in legislation should also be filled and perfected.The article first clarifies the scope of the victims of domestic violence and the types of rights and interests infringed on victims of domestic violence.Then,it focuses on the judicial practice and legislative defects of the protection of the rights and interests of the victims of domestic violence in China.Finally,based on the analysis of the status quo of legal regulation and judicial practice in foreign countries and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan areas,we put forward legislative and judicial proposals for the improvement of the rights and interests guarantee system of domestic violence victims.
