The Right To Be Forgotten

The development of data technology makes the transmission and dissemination of information in the network field easy.Life in the information age becomes more convenient and efficient,but the information content that has already been open has become very difficult to desalination of the public's vision.When information is necessary to be deleted,the right to be forgotten is the embodiment of people's basic human rights.It is necessary in history to introduce the right to be forgotten to improve the protection of the rights and interests of information subjects.The author studies the feasibility of the establishment of the right to be forgotten and how to apply it in China by referring to the more mature system outside the region,and combining with the legal environment and objective reality of our country.Although the establishment and development of the system will inevitably suffer from difficulties and obstacles,the deleted and desalinated information will provide a good foundation for citizens' information rights,and open up a new way to protect the right of personal information in the right to protect the citizen's personality.
