Research On The Formulation Of China's Government Open Data Policy From The Perspective Of Corporatism

At present,the global government open data movement is rapid development,continue to achieve new breakthroughs and open government data in China is still in the initial stage of growth,development is relatively slow,according to "open data: 2013 global barometer of open data report" statistics on the opening of 14 types of data from 77 countries and regions,China ranked sixty-first,the degree of openness of various types of data including government data,are very low,especially in the aspect of policy promotion is particularly insufficient,while Britain and other western countries have already developed at the national level data on the government policy,the lack of weak open data and related policy seriously affect our economy growth and employment.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,this paper,from the perspective of corporatism theory,makes some research on the government's open data policy making in China,hoping to help solve the problem.This paper is roughly divided into the following 4 aspects.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background and significance of the government open data policy from the perspective of corporatism,summarize and combing through the previous research results in related research,to find the focus and direction of this study,determine the research content and methods of my.The second chapter mainly introduces the related introduction,including the concept of corporatism theory and the introduction of government open data policy,the introduction of the process of government open data policy formulation,and expounds the application of corporatism theory in the government open data policy formulation.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of the government's open data policy in China,including the main body and the process,and summarizes the existing problems and shortcomings.The fourth chapter is based on the current situation of the government's open data policy in China.On the basis of adhering to the basic political system of our country,we put forward perfect measures in the two aspects of the government and social interest organizations from the perspective of corporatism.The fifth chapter is the summary,points out the inadequacies of my research and further improvement,and makes prospects for future research.
