Research On Party Building Performance Evaluation System Based On Fuzzy Neural Network

Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China,the construction of party organizations has been carried out continuously,and the demands of party organizations and party members have been continuously improved.At the same time,the spirit of the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)has influenced the party construction of state-owned enterprises in China.The primary party organization is an important bridge for communication between the CPC and the people.It is also an important cornerstone of our country's efforts to comprehensively promote the great project of strict party discipline.At present,China's state-owned enterprises reform,in business management and operation mode transformation at the same time,the party building work in state-owned enterprises also should adapt to the situation,really play the role of escort for the reform of state-owned enterprises,using the development vision,innovative way of thinking and scientific management method to improve the performance level of party building work in state-owned enterprises,for the future to the long-term development of the state-owned enterprise party construction is of important theoretical and practical significance.This article mainly by the grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises as the research object,using the grey system theory,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy cluster analysis method and the advantages and methods of mathematical model,and combining with the characteristics of neural network applied in party building in state-owned enterprises performance evaluation.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance of the party construction of state-owned enterprises,and comments on the current research status and the application scope of the neural network technology.Then,the concept theory of neural network in party building performance evaluation is analyzed.After the study of the performance evaluation of state-owned enterprise party construction theory framework,analysis and divided into modules,including the construction of the evaluation system of the party and its logical feasibility,scoring criteria and the evaluation results for the analysis of the system.Finally,using the theory of fuzzy neural network system of performance evaluation system for the construction of the party,try using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and BP neural network model,we evaluate the performance of state-owned enterprise party construction,the subjective,perceptual evaluation results tend to be more objective and rational.Under the new form,the information technology rapid development,in order to make the grass-roots party building performance evaluation from the traditional subjective,rigid,under the construction of fuzzy neural network can increasingly tend to be more objective,systematic and accurate is very important,this article will through the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the MATLAB neural network,and establish a performance evaluation system of the party,to make the party more quantitative,objective and fair performance evaluation,and in the future work of all aspects of the extension and expansion to the party construction,make the party construction work more efficient and scientific.
