The Meaning Of The Rule Of Law In Shang Yang's Idea Of ??"profiting Out A Hole"

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,President xi jinping has repeatedly referred to shang Yang's reform in important meetings,indicating the importance of shang Yang's reform in the present day.The idea of "a hole in the hole" played an important role in shang Yang's reform,but in the study of shang Yang's reform ideas,there was not a lot of research.The reason is that it is easier to understand.In practice,however,"one hole" can be understood from the basic technical level and the state level.The former embodies the literal meaning of "a hole in a hole",and the way to profit is controlled in a channel,which enables the concentration of power.The latter should consider the complementary measures of the strategy and the matching conditions.The author found that the idea of "a hole in the hole" was closely related to the "wartime rule of law" practiced by the state of qin.This connection is not fully explained in the current study.Therefore,the author makes a study of the topic of this thesis by the link between "li out a hole" and the rule of law."A hole" was first proposed by the pipe and carried forward by shang Yang in the reform of the state of qin.The main connotation is: through the law,control the people's profit channel,so that the public can only profit through one channel.In the measures of shang Yang's reform,many measures embody the "one hole",which is expressed in a "one" way.The state of qin,which has "a hole in the hole",quickly moved to the ranks of the great powers.In fact,it was the inevitable choice of state development in the warring states period,and qin took this choice to the extreme.However,the necessity of choosing the necessity of a hole is the inevitability of the rule of law."A hole in the hole" plays a role in the state of qin,which has its own mechanism,which can be analyzed from different levels.Technical analysis is the mechanism between interest and channel.From the perspective of statecraft,it is the trinity mechanism of "value","priority" and "law".In fact,this mechanism can travel through time and space and play a role in the current nation-building.At present,it is of positive significance to the construction of the rule of law,whether it is the technical level or the "one hole" in the strategy of statecraft.
