Produced in the housing reform and serve the housing reform of the unit fund-raising room,which greatly promoted the progress of housing reform,to solve the low-income families within the unit housing problems,under certain historical conditions,the economic development,social stability has varying degrees positive influence.Despite the shrinking scale of the construction of fund-raising houses,it seems slowly to withdraw from the stage of history,but its problems left over from history have been constantly emerging.In recent years,in view of the rising housing prices in China,many inability to pay attention to the unit-funded housing units,but in reality,the original saving options often let them helpless.There are still controversies over the cases of dispute over the flow of units for collecting and renting houses,but there are no perfect laws and regulations on the management and transaction of fund-raising houses in our country,which makes it difficult for courts of all levels to "reach as one please" in resolving similar controversial cases.As a result,Difficult to convince the public.The theoretical circles corresponding to the practice do not always have the same research on the relevant legal issues of the unit-funded houses.Based on this,this paper attempts to use the case study,text analysis,comprehensive analysis and other research methods,starting from the concept of unit-funded housing,ownership ownership,transaction flow and the nature of the starting point to analyze the reasons for the unit-owned housing transaction flow problems.At the same time,the paper analyzes emphatically the validity of the agreement on the transaction flow of unit-funded housing transaction.On the basis of validating the agreement,it further uses the system that the ancient "field right" and "field bottom right" are separated from each other and go against each other.And "ownership" separately discussed and analyzed,tried to build a safeguard system for the transaction of the right to use the fund-raising houses of the unit,and put forward the author’s opinion on how to achieve the effect of the change of the right to use the unit’s fund-raising houses.
