New Interaction Structure In Urban Blocks

Neighborhood association is a key factor affecting urban community management.This paper comes up with the concept of "communication structure" to inspect the pattern of neighborhood communication.The communication structure consists of three dimensions: communicative subject,communication field and communication density.Since the founding of the nation,the city community has appeared the traditional form of the government-led funnel structure,the community self-government lantern structure and so on.In recent years,the pattern of neighborhood communication has changed tremendously,and new communication structure has emerged.Based on observation on DN block of S city,the author found that the main structure of " community to social organization(neighborhood center block)to residents committees to building group to residents " has been formed and carried out in S city.The field of block communication extends to the depth,forming the combination of the block communication online and offline.The convenient and efficient communication field provides the residents platform and opportunity for the cultivation of social capital.Ways of autonomous project,neighborhood centers Venuisation,diversity of community activities,etc to increase the frequency of communication among subjects,creating trust strength,improve the organizational structure to promote block organizations such as the legitimacy of ascension.In social life,the interaction among streets,residents committees,residents,jurisdiction enterprise and institution promoted the back of "community person" identity,better community relationship,acquaintance community reconstruction,community communication network is strengthened continuously.Based on the investigation of the whole process of autonomy project operation in H community DN block,by adopting the method of "process-event analysis",the author analyzes city blocks related factors for the formation of new communication structure,explores how to build and maintain a good interaction structure or change a resistance structure system of the communication.During the development of the block,the formation and change of communicative structure is influenced by many factors,such as government's support,residents' satisfaction,with a third cooperation such as enterprises or institutions,the improved system and continuity of the project and the selection of embodiment means,etc.If the above elements can be obtained and integrated,the form of communication structure can be successfully maintained and improved.The proportion of acquisition and integration is of great significance to the maintenance of the communication structure.However,if we want to destroy the structure of a communication,we can achieve the target by means of above factors.
