Freedom of speech is a constitutional right?The Internet gives freedom of speech a more original meaning?In the new period,we should encourage the freedom of speech in order to meet the needs of governing the country according to law,so as to look forward to the higher democracy of the whole people?However,in the highly developed internet era,the internet is full of the problem of speech anomie?It not only violates the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,but also disturbs the harmonious and stable network order?It even violates national security and social stability?Through comparative study,this paper seeks common and regular knowledge in theory,finds different points and carries out empirical analysis,and finds the way to solve the problem?This paper intends to discuss the regulation proposition of freedom of speech from the two levels of theory and practice,hoping to put forward constructive suggestions for the protection of freedom of speech and the regulation of freedom of speech?Due to china's national conditions and other decisions,the regulation of freedom of speech on the internet has been trying to balance the promotion of "freedom of speech" and regulation of "freedom of speech",the core of which is the magnitude of internet regulation.In view of the freedom of speech on the internet,after ten years of theoretical research and legislative construction,china has initially established a regulatory system dominated by government and supplemented by industry self-regulation?In view of the shortage,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and some suggestions are put forward.
