As a new type of warfare and warfare,cyber warfare has received the attention of various countries since its inception.However,cyber warfare is not just a national attack against another country.Due to the particularity of cyber weapons,individuals and non-governmental organizations are both likely to launch a cyber attack.On the one hand,Cyber warfare is an extension of policy or politics,which is dominated by state or non-state actors and can pose a serious threat to national security.On the other hand,It can also be a cyber attack launched for the purpose of national security in response to possible threats.The United States National Security Agency is the most typical example of using Stuxnet virus to attack Iran's nuclear facilities.At the beginning of the birth of the Internet,the U.S.government attached importance to the use and development of cyber weapons.The U.S.cyber weapons development has experienced the early stage of Internet exploration,rapid development,and modern militarization.The attack Iran's nuclear facilities by the U.S.cyber weapons is in the modern military stage,and Stuxnet virus is also the representative of the militarization phase of cyber weapons.Iran has always intended to develop its own independent nuclear force and become a military power in the Middle East.However,Israel and the United States have fully opposed it.Under the impetus of the United States,the UN Security Council have passed resolutions to sanction Iran many times,but Iran has always insisting on uranium enrichment activities and refused related sanctions.This paper attempts to analyze how the United States attacked Iran's nuclear facilities with Stuxnet virus and the consequences of cyber attacks from the perspective of cyber warfare.In view of the future use of network weapons and system construction,this article has also carried out further discussions and concerns in the end.
