Competitive vigorously wheelchair basketball, not only to attract more people with disabilities to join the sport, but also to inspire people with disabilities self-reliance, courage to fight the spirit, waist cultivate their faith in life and enhance the degree of social harmony, They are of great significance.In this paper, the use in the literature, expert interview, questionnaires in the other researched methods, what focuses on the 2015 Ninth National Games for the Disabled Athlete Athletics wheelchair basketball, coaches, team leaders, referees and so on related research questionnaires and interviews.
