Research On The Effectiveness Of Students' Ideological And Political Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

Along with the improvement of construction of higher vocational education system and teaching reform,higher vocational education has achieved fruitful results and accumulated a lot of experience.However,facing with constant development and change of internal and external environment,there are still many internal and external factors that don't adapt to students' physical and mental developments in higher vocational education.So we need to carry out specific research in order to strengthen the effectiveness of students' ideological and political education.Based on the students in Liaoning Economic Vocational Technological Institute,a random sample survey was conducted among 600 students.This study takes the questionnaire survey which is self-compiled as a way to research aiming at the students' political,ideological,moral,psychological and aesthetic five training targeted aspects.Precisely,the questionnaire is just designed around the five dimensions to survey.SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software is used for survey data analysis of variance.So the main conclusions are:1.In general,the effectiveness of higher vocational college students' ideological and political education is good,but there also exists a certain proportion phenomenon of “disagree” or “completely disagree” in ideological,moral,psychological and aesthetic dimensions.So it indicates the problem of low effectiveness of ideological and political education.2.There is a very significant difference on the political quality dimension for students of different gender.3.There is a very significant difference on political quality dimension,psychological quality dimension and aesthetic quality dimension for students of different grades.4.There is a very significant difference in political quality dimension,moral quality dimension and the psychological quality dimension for different class cadres.5.Different status of students shows a very significant difference in moral quality,thought quality and psychological quality dimension.6.Students of different family members' relationship status perform a very significant difference in psychological quality dimension.7.There is no significant difference of higher vocational college ideological and political education effectiveness from different politics status and family locations.In the end,the author puts forward targeted countermeasures to enhance effectiveness of higher vocational college students' ideological and political education.These are: improving the core competitive capacity of the ideological and political education team,enhancing the construction of university's culture,cognizing characteristics of higher vocational students scientifically,strengthening the connection between the inside and the outside,and building a scientific platform for ideological education together.
