| Since China’s reforming and opening,private colleges have developed greatly.In the course of its rapid development,some problems arose such as expanding too fast,low management level,management concept lag behind,etc.The management level of China’s private colleges lag far behind its School scale.If private colleges want to adapt to the requirements of the times and get a sustained,rapid and sound development,they have to innovate management concept,reform management system,improve the student management level.This paper research refined and meticulous student management in private colleges based on taking Minnan University of Science and Technology for example.Mainly discussed basic theoretical,feasibility,experiences for reference,current situation of implementation,questionnaire survey and analysis,and perfecting measures in refined and meticulous student management.This paper consists of six parts.The first part,which is a brief introduction to the research background and the significance of this project,established its logical orientation by literature review and defining the core concepts that will appear in this paper.The second part of this paper contains theoretical bases and feasibility of refined and meticulous student management.The basic theories include Humanistic management perspective,Student development theories and Pygmalion effect.And then analyzes the feasibility on the distinguishing features of post 90 s students,the development of students’ power,students’ based perspective,and the characteristics of student management of private college,the main effects on student management of refined and meticulous management.The third part mainly introduces the experiences for reference from the students’ management system of Taiwan’s private colleges,especially introduces Tunghai University and Chihlee University of Technology which are typical in Taiwan.The paper analyzes and summarizes the features of these colleges’ management then draw some teachings for our students’ management include institutionalized management,organizing a professional team,trans student’s management from “manage” to “serve”,constructing digitizing campus,management participation of student.The fourth part analyzes the current situation of student’s management in Minnan University of Science and Technology.By questionnaire survey and analysis,found the shortness of its management system and lay foundations for the fifth part which presents perfecting measures.The fifth part is key part of the paper.It combines the questionnaire survey and analysis of the student’s management in Minnan University of Science and Technology with the refined and meticulous student management idea,the basic theoretical and the experiences for reference from Taiwan’s private colleges,presents perfecting measures for the refined and meticulous student management.The paper presents the measures at three aspects: deepening the student-based perspective,internalizing the refined and meticulous student management idea,developing some distinctive institutions of teaching.The last part of the paper reached a conclusion that the refined and meticulous student management is effectual for private college student management,and presents some requirements for how to implement the refined and meticulous student management system.It also mentions the limitations of this paper therefore more studies and researches which combine practice are encouraged for perfecting the refined and meticulous student management system. |
