With the fast development of modern vocational education,the whole society and secondary vocational schools pay much more attention to the "double-qualified"teachers,and the theoretical and practical researches of how to promote their professional quality are becoming sharp focus.The professional quality of the"double-qualified" teachers could directly affect the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational school.This study is based on the status of professional quality of "double-qualified"teachers.This study is started from constructing teachers,professional quality,and investigated 198 "double-qualified" teachers from 3 secondary vocational schools in Lvshunkou District,these teachers were from different majors,such as Mechanical,Welding Technique,Chinese Cooking,Tourism Service,Beauty Salon,Service for the Elderly,Electronic Commerce,Electronics,Preschool Education,Forestry,Animal Husbandry and so on.Through questionnaire method and interview method,this research began to have empirical studies,To explore the countermeasures to improve the professional quality of "double qualified" teachers.This thesis is divided into four chapters:Chapter 1:Introduction.The first chapter introduced background,literature review and theoretical basis of the study.Chapter 2:The status of the "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of the status of professional quality of "double-qualified"teachers,the author began to make questionnaire and interview outline,and then after investigation and interview with these teachers,got comprehensive and objective understanding of the teachers,situation and status in Lvshunkou District.Chapter 3:The problems and reasons for the professional quality of"double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational school.The four main problems:they have weak sense of innovation,lack of vocational education knowledge,need to raise professional levels,have less work experience in this field,so have low professional service.Main reasons:First,there's no clear standards on secondary vocational school "double-qualified" teachers.Second,schools don't pay attention to teachers' professional quality.Third,school-enterprise cooperation lead to formalization and teachers are lack of modern technology.Last,because of the teachers themselves.Chapter 4:How to promote the professional qualify for "double-qualified"teachers?According to the analysis of problems and reasons,the countermeasures are below:To establish professional standard for "double-qualified" teachers;To promote the soft environment of professional quality for "double-qualified" teachers;To construct school-enterprise cooperation system for "double-qualified" teachers;To advance independent development for "double-qualified" teachers.To provide reference for promoting teachers' professional quality.
